Polymers and catalysts are only two of the fascinating concepts young scientists explore in this thrilling trip through the chemistry lab! At the end of every class, they take home an educational toy that extends the learning experience!Get ready for a hands-on chemistry adventure! NewMiddle School RoboticsEnrichmentFriendly competition is at the heart of Middle School Robotics, as teams of 6th-8th grade students engage in research, problem-solving, coding, and engineering - building and programming a human controlled robot that competes in an alliance format at competitions. Soccer AcademyRecreationEach Soccer Academy sessions develop soccer fundamentals, athleticism and movement, teamwork, confidence, leadership, sportsmanship, and a sense of Lakers pride. Elementary focuses on fun, movement, coordination, and fundamentals. Middle school emphasizes technical skills, tactical awareness, and preparation for high school play. Sessions are one hour and include dynamic warm-ups, skill stations, small-sided games, team challenges, and competitions. Refund & Processing Fee Policy We understand that schedules and circumstances can change. Please review our refund guidelines carefully before registering. Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure placement in an After the Bell program. Refunds Before a Program Begins Families who withdraw at least 5 business days prior to the first class are eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable processing fees incurred by the district. Refunds After a Program Begins Refund requests made within 5 business days prior to the first class are subject to vendor approval, minus processing fees. Walk/Run ClubRecreationThe Walk/Run Club is designed to encourage students to develop healthy habits, improve cardiovascular fitness, build confidence, and enjoy physical activity in a fun, supportive environment. Please be sure to wear or pack running or tennis shoes and bring a reusable water bottle. Weather permitted we will be outside but inside the gymnasium is our backup location if needed.
